 Diane E. Dunn began playing the harp when she was 13 and began playing professionally when she was 18. Her harp specialty is background music for special occasions.
Diane performs all over southeast Michigan at events large and small. Her specialty is playing background music for wedding receptions, teas, memorials, corporate and private parties and other special occasions. In addition to performing at special occasions, Diane also travels to elementary schools. Using her Celtic harp, a multimedia presentation, and her book, "The Harp Mouse Chooses Her Home: The Adventure Begins," Diane educates children about the harp and important aspects of being an author. Young authors learn about the steps taken in the printing and publishing process. They are able to see how the handwritten story became a published children's book. Diane is involved in the business community and is an active member of the Farmington/Farmington Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Novi Chamber of Commerce, and the Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce.
